I think that most times it does, I guess I just don't like anonymous critique, I stand behind what I say or think, or keep shut about it. Just me I suppose. Well it has been fun watching them fail everything and then have a higher court pass everything. The 9th is the one true bastion of liberal hopes and fantasies. As long as higher courts stay centered on the Constitution they will be out voted.
