Y'know...I was at a BBQ restaurant owned by Tennessee transplants last night at the time the Derby was on the TV there and the Mint Julep was their "drink special". I never had one before, so I said, hell, let's try it. Especially since it had Four Roses bourbon in it.gripnrip said:I'll go with Tom's Ready...thanks for the contest! I really wish I could say I liked it, but it just didn't do it for me. maybe it wasn't made right? It really was way too "minty" for me. That's said because I really love bourbon in general. Maybe I do need to go Kentucky to get an authentic version. Oh well, there's always Old Fashioneds...0 -
