    Very interesting.  Even if it is mostly speculation, it seems like it's based on sound reasoning.

    Yeap.

    BTW I posted in the wrong part of the forum. In my defense I bought some Starbucks this AM. Hvaen't been the same since.

    Peter doesn't like no charbucks coffee. I will take stick my neck out and say I'll bet @peter4jc coffee is pretty good. 
    There is a coffee joint near me called Pearland Coffee. SO good. Roast their own coffee beans and you can buy them fresh within ours.  
    So far, best coffee I've ever had. It's the only coffee I drink straight black.  People go nuts over it when I brew it for them. 
    But im out of it right now.  :'( Got to go get some more.
