So Tell me About This Beard Fellow...

I've been Ccom'ing without a rep for over a year. Should I be reaching out to Kelly or this Beard fellow? Why?

Do they know the secret paths in the corporate humi? Are their deals killer?

Why should I seek out a rep?

Inquiring minds want to know

I go to Andrew myself. If they have deals that are in too short supply to post on the website, they offer them to their clients first ;)

A good deal as in wink wink, nudge nudge, ay @Wylaff? Then again, I don't read emoji all too well...

Having a rep to email allows you to email them and say, "I have $**** to spend. I like this type of cigar, what can you do for me?"
Or, "I want to bomb the crap out of "this person", can you work me up something with their likes in it? I have $**** I want to spend."
Not that I've ever used the last one.

And most often, they will work up something for you.
You can then say yes or no.

But I can tell you, most times I'm not disappointed.
    I usually deal with Kelly.

But I will tell you this upfront and nothing against any of them.
If a rep isn't working out for you, do not be afraid to email another one and switch.
If anyone asks you why, tell them why.
Or, just tell them you weren't comfortable with that rep.

I think Timb, aka "The Beard" has moved up the ladder a notch, he turned me over to AndyD a few months back, who has kindly let me in on a couple deals I haven't seen elsewhere.

I usually deal with Kelly and she is great.  I did hear that Chuck Norris is scared of Tim.  I'm just sayin'.

I don't really just deal with one...I've learned they will all do what's possible in your favor so I trust all of them with my orders

I used to email Tim, but have been calling Andy for a while.

If I get an email ad from another site with a deal that I "need" to pull the trigger on, I call Andy and ask if he can price-match.  He claims he's happy to do so, and since they're hosting this forum, I'm happy to do business with them when I can.

I suppose I am more taciturn than y'all realize. I try to avoid using the phone. I'll just keep using the web interface.

Thanks again all of you who helped clarify how it works!
