Just had a few issues with the email deal they had going on. Michael (my rep) went way above and beyond to make it right. I had no expectation at all of what he did to fix and then came through in amazing fashion to correct it. Very simple, very easy, very quick. I was prepared to have to take a couple lengthy steps to get right, of which were fine, but then he went over the top and back. I have never had something that was not right, not fixed, right away from here.
One reason why people who just come on here to **** about the customer service get told to sit the F down.
