How I envision a cigar interview would go with a few of the guys here.

Which ever one tickles your fancy, but I don't recommend using them all at the same time.
Should I use a butane lighter, zippo, matches or spills to light my cigar?
Yes.
How should I organize my cigars?
By color of course.
Cellophane on or cellophane off?
Cut the cellophane in half, then you have both.
How long should I smoke my cigar before putting it out?
Until you stop smoking it. Duh.
Are my cigars too dry?
Do the crumble apart into a dry heap? Then yes.
What do I do when I get a plugged cigar?
Use a hammer to pound that plug right out of the cigar.
