Howdy all,
Been reading for a while and finally decided to drop in and say hi. Loads of great info on this site, always a good read.....I just bought my first humidor and am in the process of seasoning it with a Boveda 84 seasoning kit. It's been going for a week, one more week to go (can't wait).
Anyhow, I look forward to many discussions

... I replied to this but it went for approval!
LOL @ cooler, my wife isn't too impressed with todays order of cigars let alone filling up a cooler (and I only ordered 3 sticks).
It is small, but to be honest I only smoke every now and again and I wanted to get some experience. I'd like to think that eventually I'll get a bigger one.

Truth be told, I only smoke a stick once every couple of months, I'm not a big smoker.
The humi is mainly to hold a few sticks I'd like to eventually smoke and for some experience in maintaining it (I hope to buy a bigger one eventually)....I've got a few sticks on order to "christen" my humi once its seasoned

54gal....that's about 240 odd litres!!! If I were to fill something like that I'm sure my wife would cut parts of me off LOL. I told her today that I bought 3 cigars, she wasn't impressed....I needed to bribe her with shopping to get back in the good books

I assume most on here are in the US?

The great thing about coolers is you can hide them!! But yeah I really only get a few cigars in a week myself but smoking less accumulates more!! Get a cooler don't say what for put it in a dark cool area and just start filling it slowly. Eventually she will have no idea it's thereMoney can't buy taste5
