how will this affect me tomorrow? I'm so confused. Will I be able to buy items I like that are out there right now after tomorrow? Like tat monsters, Black Label Trading, and the such? Will these simply disappear after supply dwindles down?

It won't affect you tomorrow. It will affect anything you liked post 2007 if the FDA has its way. It will take time for you to notice.

The way I understand it and I may have misread the information, but..
It sounds like they can sell the product that they have produced, but cannot manufacture any more post 2007 product, until they file the appropriate paperwork.
If they choose to no longer produce that product, the info I read says they can sell off that product.

As I said, it is possible that what I read and what is actually being put into affect may be different. Govt had a way of passing things and then revamping it on the final draft.
