Tooth or Dare?

 All around the cap, as you can see(if you can see)- are these tiny bumps that feel like small pimples. I would just like to know if this is 'tooth' or something else, that I should be worried about. I am a rookie in the world of premium cigars, and I've heard of this from others. However, this is my first encounter personally. This is an ONYX Res. No. 2 Belicoso

    It's just a toothy wrapper, bro. Nothing to worry about. Very common in Maduro wrappers
