Imagine my surprise when my husband comes walking in this morning with 3 flat-rate boxes from the mail. I said uh oh, three unexpected small flat rates, I smell a secret conspiracy!! Apparently the Charlie Alliance decided to wish me a happy anniversary the best way they know how
