Crooked Burn

This morning had a Padilla Corojo 99 for the first time. Was a nice smoke but the burn was odd. What would cause this? Humidor has been a steady verified 67% and left out for a while before punching and lighting

Humidity, stems, poor construction or smoking crooked cigars.
    It happens.
About all you can do is try and correct the burn with a lighter or torch.

Don't confuse humidor humidity with outside humidity.
I have to suspect that the outside humidity is in the 80% area.

These would have been my initial suspects. but @first_warrior also has a good point. although I don't know how much wrapper needs to be off kilter before really becoming a possible canoeing issue.
