Well since you asked I assume you want the truth. It's a mediocre tattoo at best. What because of what it is but because of the actual work done. Sloppy line work. Not semetrical where it should be. One deminisional. The thing fhat bothers me most is the date and the words are not the same style font or size. I am a **** when it comes to tattoo work so just giving it straight.

Someone got this guys addy? I'm gonna send him some swishers.
@Crisius You asked " what do y'all think"? Someone gives you an honest opinion and you threaten them with a bad cigar bomb? Would you rather hear a lie? I will not post my opinion because I know you will not like it, and I don't want any swishers!
Friends don't let good friends smoke cheap cigars.

If I wanted lies, I'd just turn on a Hillary speech.
I'm guessing Crisius just forgot to put a 'wink' behind his threat...
I gotta wink now too? This country is turning into a sissy-fest. Oh no, he said something I disagree with.... oh wait, he winked. He must have been kidding. Oh god, I was afraid I'd have to be offended. >.>
I tell lies? Everything I said about that tattoo is 100 percent true. You asked for an opinion and I gave one. This opinion comes from being around the art for many years. I am friends with some top artist in the world. I have seen tattoo work that will blow your mind. I have a lot of tattoos myself some good some bad I know the difference. If you are not man enough to accept an honest answer don't ask a question. It is that simple. Now usually I don't get involved in keyboard battles however, you caught me on a really bad week. With that said step up and call me a lier to my face and the last thing you will need to worry about is a piece of crap tattoo on your arm. Notice no wink. @Crisius
Hey, come on, guys. Take a deep breath and calm down.
When @Crisius said "If I wanted lies..." he was answering a question posed by @Guitarded, not referring to you @CigarPunk. If you're planning on keeping a chip on your shoulder, take it to another forum. We don't need it here.
We just got through weathering a storm of bad-mouthing and antagonistic behavior from a handful of folks who, thankfully don't come around anymore. We don't need to do that again

Capisce?
"Don" Marty has spoken.
In Fumo Pax Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
@Guitarded Did you see that attitude? Are you sure it's rude to want to send him Swishers? >.>
@CigarPunk In fact I do appreciate your opinion. I just don't agree with it. The tattoo is literally exactly what I wanted. And I have seen much, much better. The difference between those and mine is I didn't want better. It was exactly what I asked for and I am happy with it, nothing more, nothing less. It's spot on.
Granddad didn't have tattoos. Dad rebelled and got tattoos. I rebelled & didn't have tattoos. The kids rebelled & got tattoos.
... wonder what comes next?
“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)
Covered in ink, not any work done for 10 years. Back in the day both sleeves were featured in a tat mag, left sleeve 18 century theme, right arm 19th century. Always get you know what those will look like when your 80, tell them i hope I'm alive to see it.
I've worked at the same place for 20 years now and the other day, I was working on an excavator doing some heavy work and I got very warm, so I was in a t-shirt and someone came by and said they didn't know I had tattoos. I laughed.
The tattoo is for me, my heritage and what I believe in. I don't display it and is usually kept out of view at work. Not because I think it is distasteful or it shouldn't be shown, but because my personal view is it isn't professional to have it in view. Off work, that is a different story.

Agreed on both. The tattoo is for me and I don't feel it's professional to have it out at work.

Not a fan of black tats, prefer color myself.

A little blurry but that was my second tattoo, also done by the guy who did the one above.
