My B&M goes above and beyond

I love the guys at my local brick-and-mortar store, they go above and beyond the Call of Duty.
Of course I always make it worth their while, but here's the text message I just got.

They take very good care of me.

    It's always nice to have a B&M that goes out of it's way for it's customers.
    The fact that they carry sharks is pretty good by itself.
