    That's about half the flock, they come through periodically. I like them because they eat the ticks. Nice to know there's game around, if things fall apart I'm ready.

    Those  turkeys have been a plague to you Nor'eastrners for a long time. Out west we would kill them all and let God sort them out

    We have a couple of flocks that move through every now and then. One is a hen and five jakes and the other is about 14. Nice to hear the males gobbling in the spring.Wild turkeys are somewhat tough eatin but the wings and tails make nice NA fans and the feathers are good when I'm tying flies.
