Heard some peeping today, went out and found three baby chicks in a nest. Tried to get some pix, but they kept ducking down into the nest and the parents were screeching at me.
    Mama Racoon and her three kids this evening along with Mama Deer.  Our urban wildlife.

    Morning, all you woofers, squakers, and others.  I just finished cooking bacon, hash browns, waffles, and a half pot of coffee for the family and I have a long honeydew list ahead of me today.  I'm hoping to get in a cigar or too along the way.

    Chores will continue until morale improves, hence the cigars.  Was too tired last night from all the yardwork for a nightcap or after-dinner cigar.
