    Speaking of Four Kicks, tomorrow will be 15 days since I placed my last order with CI, and it was for Four Kicks, on the last Jam before the "upgrade".  Still haven't received them.  Talked to Jessica at CI CS, she wasn't rude or nasty, just indifferent.  She didn't give a RA.
