    Good evening everyone!  Monte White Churchill with a RRG&C.  Dorian turned northward, didn't get the direct hit all the forecasters were predicting this past weekend, but that's fine with me.  Got some wind and rain, still getting hit with some outer bands.  Minor annoyance.  More important though, Vali's first baby tooth came out today.  And yes, it's going under her pillow for the Tooth Fairy.  I made a life size cardboard cut out of Oy just in case she wakes up.  
    That would be traumatizing

    Evening Yak!  Still taking down storm panels on both houses.  All last Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun all we heard from TWC and Local News was "Prepare for the worst!!  NO WAY Dorian is turning, THERE IS NO ESCAPE HATCH for this storm.  It's going to be a direct HIT!!!"  All of S FL went crazy.  Long lines everywhere, total panic.  Then on Monday the f**cking thing turned.  Cracked me up.  Did not mind all the work though, just glad it didn't hit us.  .
