our resident brostradamus, @danielzreyes , aka dzr, aka stogie stand guy, aka resident butt wipe sent me a text the other day saying he had "expanded his product offerings" and was now making "artisinal, hand-crafted, small batch cheeseplates".
now, i love me some high quality cheeses.
the wife and i like to pretend we're fancy sometimes.
we'll crack a nice bottle of wine (boone's farm), set out some quality cheeses (kraft singles), and i'll light up a top shelf stogie (grape swisher).
so i thought, no way DZR is serious, he's gotta just be yankin' my chain.
but i said yeah what the h*ll i'd be interested, and PM'ed him my addy.
didn't expect anything to actually show up.....
but sure as sh*t, he was serious this time around.
check out this bomb-diggity.com cheese plate that showed up the other day.

damn dzr you outdid yourself now.
don't get me wrong i love my stogiestands and they're the bee's knees....but this cheese plate is LEGIT.
if any of you people like to be fancy too, or are simply looking for a nice gift for your old lady.....you need to get ahold of DZR ASAP.
my ol' lady loves the cheese plate and is already planning a "wine and cheese night with the girls"....
apparently i'm not invited, she says boone's farm and kraft singles aren't fancy enough for the girls....
whatever, i'll be giving videogame tutorials on vherf instead.
but seriously, if you're looking for a unique cheese plate, hit up DZR and he'll probably set you up with a good deal if he likes you.

I do believe that's the same style of tile I bought at Home Despot for $2.65 to stretch cigar wrapper leaves when rolling cigars. Mine is 12" x 24". This one, judging from the unwrapped pre-sliced Velveeta and what looks to be a thigh from Kentucky Fried Rat, may be more like 6" x 12". You can see mine at work at around the 10 1/2 minute mark of this vid right here:

The stogiesandman is pulling our leg“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)

and nope. not pulling your leg, this is 100% the real deal.
@danielzreyes ; is making these cheese plates now (he had a couple different options available) and was kind enough to give me a good deal on this one (it's marble, real fancy).
the board itself is fairly thick (maybe an inch or so) and daniel attached some rubber "grippy" pads to the bottom so it won't slide or scratch other surfaces.
i'd can measure it when i get home, but i'd say it's probably 5-ish by 10-ish.
he shipped it inside of a 9.5x12.5 padded envelope FWIW.
