Dry begging for raffle items for charity

Before I get  flamed for dry begging, it IS for charity!!! lol

My wife and I are organizing an event in Milwaukee to benefit Autism Solution Pieces, a 501c-3 charity which promotes autism awareness and gives grants to families with special needs children.

Brews for Autism is a homebrewing competition and tasting. You can see what this is about at www.brewsforautism.org.

We are looking for items for silent auction and raffle baskets. All donations are tax deductible and we can provide the needed paperwork.

If anyone is crafty, artistic, or just feeling like donating something for this event, please send me a message.

    Sure! I was thinking of putting together a basket of stuff like some seegars, a bottle of whiskey, ashtray, etc. A cigar box birdhouse would work great for that!

    On its way. My favorite picture on a La Nox box. Bird feeder and suet. Book of local Wisconsin birds. It should draw some interest I hope. Keep us updated.

    Hey guys. The event was cancelled at the 11th hour due to an intervention by the Dept. of Revenue. Apparently you have to REALLY have all the t's crossed to use home brewed beer for public consumption.( it was a home brew competition with sampling by the public)
    The good news is that we are working with the same charity on a golf tournament for August, perfect setting for the Masters swag! All donations that were sent will be used at this event. I will make DAMN sure that those who wanted th tax paperwork sent to them get it.

    Don't you love working with bureaucrats.  Maybe it means You'll get a little more cash for the kids.
