Nintendo Switch Anyone? Need some help!

Ok, so I got the Switch and am having an issue and can't find any information online. I've downloaded 2 games and both of them get stuck on the menu. I've deleted them, re-downloaded them (multiple times), rebooted (multiple times), deactivated my device from my account and re-activated it. Nothing seems to be working and getting Nintendo support seems nearly impossible.

    Did you get a Switch or was it something before that didn't go well? So far I've liked it, just don't know what the issue could be. Going to call them tomorrow.

    We did and ended up taking it back to the store.
    A lot of people are having troubles with online stuff. 
    Between the fiasco with the Classic and this, I'm done with them.

    Thanks, that's good to know! I get frustrated with the fact that it's impossible to get their stuff when it releases. Ugh, have one for my husband coming tomorrow, if his works, I'll swap it out for mine without his knowing, lol.
