    Finally got through on the phone. There is some sort of outage that is affecting some but not all customers. They are working on it. Good enough.

    are you serious :) ----www.earthlink.net is a mail program you can use with Outlook Thunderbird etc etc. It has a pretty good spam blocker which is why I use it. You also get 3 accounts which is nice.
