The address for Bandyt09 is no longer good. I am not in s position to take in anything at my current address and will be shortly, hopefully in the next 45 days, leaving California. My house goes on the market this week and soon I will be long gone from this state.

It's a good move for my wife and kids, I am excited for them and I am ready to get out of this state.
