cigar.com customer service

has anyone had recent poor experiences with customer service at this site?  i have been inquiring about an order for months via email and phone with no response whatsoever.  it has been quite frustrating.  i am curious if this has been an issue with others.  thanks.

    It will tell you how to get ahold of a rep.
