Prepaid visa cards

I need a prepaid visa to make overseas purchases.  :* 
What's out there that's international. Most prepaids are only good in the country of purchase. Thanks for any help.

    I did look at this, but I would like to be able to purchase in cash so the warden doesn't have a stroke. Unfortunately it looks like those are only good domestically.

    Ah! I see. 
    I only get the greendot cards.
    They are my allowance. 
    Mostly for my cigar purchases. 
    I know they aren't usable on international charges, as I tried to make a purchase from London and it wouldn't go through.

    Trying to avoid a traditional credit card as they send statements.

    Have you tried loading up a PayPal account from your visa giftcard? Most European companies will accept that form of payment.

    It says you can pick it up at any AAA location.
