Is this cigar still smokeable?

    Sure.
    The flavor may be a little off where the wrapper is missing, but if you are careful it should smoke fine.
    You might not even notice it, other than the wrapper may want to unravel a bit.

    Cool thx. I took it out the cello and the wrapper was damaged right there and before I knew it I was looking at this big hole.

    I would't attempt to light that up. That thing probably would not draw right. I would try to patch that wrapper with another wrapper before I'd smoke it.

    Did you already smoke it? If so, how did it go?

    Try it and if it doesn't work then toss it and grab another...

    It may burn fine, unless the binder is split. If so, you'll just be sucking air. Give it a try and if it doesn't draw well on the first few puffs, trash it.
