    3*, sunny, and super windy.

But I put on my hat and gloves - the jacket is reserved for when it gets really cold - and shoveled the inch of snow we got overnight. The neighbors (assuming they saw me) must think I'm nuts (assuming they think about me at all). But sometimes I have to do things just to prove to myself I can still do them.

cold, hard to see at time with the snow being so much like a powder and the wind blowing it.

Filled the wood box, double checked the heat in both well houses, started the dripping, made a grocery run. Just need gas on the way home. Ready for the coming week of frigid weather.

Same, more wood in basement, still have nearly a ton of coal, picked up extra animal feed. Forgot to stop and get k-5 for the lanterns, but still have flashlights and little campligh that runs off those little round candles, think they maybe hem in warmer trays for food.

We are going to get a few days of rain and snow and freezing fog and then snow and sleet then rain, snow, and sleet after 4am then snow then back to freezing cold. The worst kind of storm.

We’re looking at somewhere between 1/4” of ice and 20” of snow. Depends on which doomsdayer you wanna listen to.

If it don’t bother me, it don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.

First band of snow dumped a whole 2 inches, more later today but so far not what they have been forecasting, except for the temperature. Currently 7.

I'm not set up to smoke in this type of weather

I don't have problems, just more work to do.

We're just catching the edge of that mess, raining which is much needed and cooled off to mid 50's

    A little dirt never hurt

Got snow earlier today and sleet and hopefully no ice accumulation for the remainder of this precipitation through Sunday but that’s what everyone is worried about.

We are good for now, still have power, looks like the new game is dodge the falling trees and tree limbs.

That looks nasty, and dangerous. Be safe, brother.

Coming down hard. 11f. Probably light and fluffy but its supposed to warm up overnight. Then it'll be wet and heavy snow. Yay.

same here, spent a half hour getting doing walkways and some of the parking lot done while it is light and fluffy. I stop when my heart rate gets too high and my back starts twinging. I love shoveling snow.

edit: I gave away my snowblower, couldn't take the noise and exhaust fumes. It is useful to me for about 3 hours a year, takes up useful space, bad $1,000 investment.
