Hike to the top

I just wanted to share some photos of my tripe up Mt. LeConte with my Brother and Nephew. It was awesome, spent the night in a back-country shelter, experienced sunset & sunrise. Round trip was 16 + miles. The falls is Grotto Falls.

So we should expect some Bigfoot sightings in the news.   :D

Looks like a good time. We didn't get to hike any so far this year.

From Brushy we climbed to the top of LeConte where the Lodge is, but we stayed in the shelter.

Hiked in the dark to Myrtle Point for sunrise, then we hiked the Boulevard trail out to the Appellation Trail, then to Newfound Gap.
