As I tell my students, many of who are single parents, working and going to school full time when they complain about assignments, I just tell them that sleep is overrated.
I moved one my employees back to 8 hrs. He looks at me and says, “there’s only 24 hrs in a day. You only are only letting me work 8. What am I supposed to do the other 16?”
Two of mine work 4 10-hour days and two others when they please, and the 6 sales staff make their own schedule when the shop is open, I don't care as long as the work gets done and the store is well covered.
I turn the computer off at midnight. While I don't sleep much, momma does and happy wife, happy life. I usually get notifications though, but got nothing until now.

I need to sleep more, unfortunately there is not enough time in the day for it. I'm normally up and available between 7:30 am and 2:30am except Tuesday and Sunday. Been going to sleep early on Tuesdays.
