As I tell my students, many of who are single parents, working and going to school full time when they complain about assignments, I just tell them that sleep is overrated.

Two of mine work 4 10-hour days and two others when they please, and the 6 sales staff make their own schedule when the shop is open, I don't care as long as the work gets done and the store is well covered.3
