He presented the basics very well in a short amount of time. I think people with little or no knowledge of premium cigars may have learned something from it.

One would hope so... but since when do those on the Left, with their agenda of protecting us from ourselves (even if the risk is imagined) ever learn anything that would contradict that agenda?

“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)
Alright Tucker and Rocky ..... I got a few bones to pick with you guys.....
1) Rocky: "Basically [this affects] small family owned businesses that have been making cigars over decades"
When looking at Cigar Aficionado's top 10 cigars of 2017, 4 out of the top 10 cigars are owned by conglomerates with annual revenues in excess of $30 million dollars. I would not consider these "small family owned businesses."
#3 • 2017 • Oliva Serie V Belicoso - Owned by J Cortes. Estimated annual revenue $100 million
#4 • 2017 • Bolivar Belicoso Fino - Owned by Habanos SA. Estimated annual revenue $500 million
#6 • 2017 • Ashton Symmetry Belicoso - Owned by Holt's Cigar Co. Estimated annual revenue $30 million
#10 • 2017 • Villiger La Flor de Ynclan Robusto - Privately held. Estimated annual revenue $206 million
2) Tucker: "[Rocky Patel] is probably the most famous cigar maker in this country."
But it does affect small family owned businesses that have been making cigars over decades. Just because there a plenty of conglomerates (too many, arguably) doesn't make that not true. You could say that the conglomerates might not even mind the FDA rules since they are the ones who can afford them, and might look forward to having smaller companies go under.
And, you don't think Rocky Patel is one of the most recognizable brands/names in the cigar world? Just because we like to pooh-pooh the brand, unjustly I might add, to the average person I'd guess R/P is right up toward the top of the list.
Rocky and Tucker's message is NOT a bad one.....I certainly don't agree with the FDA's rules/regulations and, if cigars will be regulated I think there's much smarter/better ways to go about it.
HOWEVER......I don't like the spin they put on it and how the message came across.
Yes there are a lot of small farmers, factories, brand owners, B&M owners, etc. that will be impacted by this. But seems very misleading to put all the blame on Obama, give Trump a complete pass on this issue, and acting like only "mom & pop shops" will be affected .... that's a stretch don't ya think?
And, just as I have the opinion that RP brand is hot garbage ...... I respect your opinion that you think I "unjustly pooh-pooh" on his brand.
And as much as it pains me to do so, I will agree that the Rocky Patel name is recognizable.

Everyone else bends the truth to their agenda, why can’t we.
I laughed too hard on this video that I’m sick! So crap+crap=crap! Yup Obama messed it all up by trying to resolve things in Cuba and have them legal I’m the states? Yes he did...did trump screw it up? Yes he did. And well for all you rocky fans...how many people does he actually employ in the good ole US? Maybe 2% of his earnings because they are farmed out. Also saying he is a very popular brand well that’s fading fast and for a reason. So let’s get back to it...we need to cut budget but here’s billions of dollars and this won’t happen again

Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
