    What's your humidity at?

If humidity is too high the tobacco can be expanded making it a tight draw.

Cut enough of the end so you can get a good draw.

Sometimes cigars are rolled tight.  You may have to squeeze and roll them around with your fingers to loosen them up or stick a thin rod in it to open a tunnel for air flow.

Dry boxing your cigar before smoking may help, depending on your climate.

I usually let mine sit out like half a day before I smoke. For example if I smoke after I work I take it out in the morning and by afternoon it will be little dryer and better draw. If not u should invest in a poker and shove it in lol
