    Having issues signing into forum for past 8 days!!! Sometimes I can log into main commerce page and then back door into forum about 25% of the time ?????

    Anyone got some helpful tips???

    Hmm, are you trying to log in on your phone or your tablet or your computer? What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cookies? If you go to https://forum.cigar.com/ are you able to reliably log in?

    Chris…yes on my phone. DuckDuckGo. No cookies. Always log into forum but past week nothing but errors when trying to login ??

    Do you think it would help to change my password?

    Hmm, not sure, maybe @TheCigarChick could help.

    Some people have problems on different sites when they're using a VPN and have to disable the VPN to log in, not sure that applies here.

    No VPN. I have to go to the main cigar page sign in under customer then go to the forum and it’s 50-50 whether I get logged in or not haven’t had this problem on any other website.

    I do not use it. Safari on the phone or Palemoon on PC

    I use it but created a shortcut to put on my home screen. Every now and then I have to log in again but never have any issues.

    Predominately use my phone for forum. Always used DDG with no issues whatsoever until past week???? Tried computer with DDG with no issue. Reached out to @TheCigarChick awaiting reply. Could it be my 💩 memes 🤔😁

    So far no problems with this site with DDG and it seems to have reduced or eliminated some crashes I've been having on another site.

    Hey Everyone - Happy New Year! Sorry for the delay in my response, but I got COVID for the first time and have been trying to rest so I can return to the office.

    Since I'm the furthest thing from true tech support, I have no idea what DDG is... :D

    Expanding on my answer, DuckDuckGo is a privacy browser. I think the Brave privacy browser is more popular now, perhaps due to speed and VPN functionality, but I haven't tried it yet.

    I'm thinking of switching to Brave, I've heard good things. I also am planning on running a Pi-hole DNS sinkhole on my network to protect all my devices from unwanted content, without installing any client-side software.

    @Yakster …Chris, after fireproofing the forum site on DDG I have experienced zero issues. Thanks for the help.

    Glad I could help, Jeff. Got me to try DDG on my phone and switch to Brave on my PC, and I just got in some PI-Hole hardware to protect my home network from unwanted content.
