    But I am close to being 45, still a young pup. And a little out of shape, but working on it slowly. Accustomed to passing the airborne fitness test at the 18 age standard probably helped, and some luck by not being injured too bad.

    Booze can also cause blood pressure issues. Particularly if you go big. Another thing to consider.
