Has anyone ever tried to complain to Amazon? A complaint about something Amazon did, not a vendor. Is there a secret incantation?

    Yep, use the contact number. 
    I have them call me. 
    Never had a time where they didn't fix it.
    I've even had a couple times where they refunded my money and told me to keep the product or donate it.

    Click "Help", then "Need more help", then "Contact Us".
    Then click on "Have us call you".
