Question for CIGARfest-CIGARnut Attendees

I'm hoping to make 2019 my 8th CIGARfest.  In all prior years I've purchased VIH tix.  This year I'm considering CIGARnut.  My main question to previous attendees is this, since "nut" session starts pretty early (9AM if you go to breakfast), how early do you really need to arrive in order to have a shot at a parking space?  I've always shuttled and the lot is always full when I arrive 1 1/2 hours early for VIH entry.  Any additional comments from former VIH/GA attendees that have decided to go the "nut" route, will also be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Wish I could help you,  my 'nut' sessions usually end fairly late.

if you show up for the breakfast you will get a parking spot.  the closer you want to get to the event, the earlier you get there
