This is my first review, so go easy on me. I’m trying to record my experiences with cigars and want to see what your opinions are on this cigar and what I may be lacking in my review process.

Aj requiem maduro toro.

Smell is nutty and fruity at the foot. Praline.

Wrapper is dark and oily. Very smooth with a couple very prominent veins.

Unlit draw is smooth and creamy.

Draw is excellent when smoked slowly. Burn can be inconsistent with some runs.

Smokes leathery, with an after taste of black coffee. Retrohale is oaky and strongly peppery.

Black pepper and oak flavors become very prominent as smoking continues. Towards the middle the warmth of smoke brings out earthen tones as the woodiness intensifies. Retrohale remains peppery but gives way to cedar notes.

I genuinely enjoy this cigar, and has been quite consistent from stick to stick.

Burn time of approximately an hour.

Docked points for inconsistent burn.

In all my inexperience, I’d give this stick a solid 4/5

Nice review but where are the pictures? Your palate is already more refined than mine it seems.
Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular.

Wasn’t sure if I was going to even post this while smoking. Most of this is from the log I keep on my phone but I just said screw it and posted. I’ll post pics on any more I do in the future!
