How do you copy just a section of a streaming video. It would be fro X-Files and is a speech Agent Scully made that you could swear was made today about today's events. I don't mean just a little bit. If you did not know it was TV and Scully, you would think it just ran on the news.

    Once you copy the Video URL at current time, past the URL in the post and it will start the video where you wanted it.
    This is how the URL will look.

    @jd50ae I use Gecata by Movavi (software) when I'm on the Windowz PC, I think it's free but I have a paid version of it. Essentially any program that records screen capture can do this. And it's perfectly legal for personal use, just don't go sharing via torrent and you won't have the gestapo pounding at your door.
