Simple question, just curious

Tough choice. Bernie's got a fast track to wrecking the country in less than 1 term. Trump's got 1 term left, then who? Vote for me! As bad a job for 1/3 the price!

As an independent voter I am taking Trump over Bernie. Here is why, everything Trump said he was going to do in 2016 he has done so far. No he hasn’t replaced Obama care but there is only so much one can do without the House blocking everything or some judge blocking things. I would say he has done what he said he was going to do with the support he has.

Bernie...Oh my he has some far out ideas which is okay but this 40-60 trillion dollar health care plan is a joke...sure it sounds swell but how the hell is it going to be paid for? Well according to logic he would need to raise taxes on us to about 50%... I’ll pass. He also wants to ban “legal assault style weapons” which I don’t agree with, I like my legal guns. Also I’m not a fan of socialism.

I will give Bernie credit he has the same ability as Trump to rally the voters, get people fired up! The question is will his own party fvck him again for another nominee...Biden perhaps? We will see.

What it comes down for me is the Republicans usually always lower taxes and the Democrats always raise them...Why the fvck would anyone want to pay are Federal government more money?

And as far as Politics and Politicians, I think ultimately NONE of them give a fvck about us other than getting are vote and more money in their and lobbyists bank accounts...

In the past, presidents were able to do their job and somewhat keep things in check.

Now, presidents are at constant battle with congress. There hasn't been one president in the last 30 years that they have made a run at impeaching. Not one. What needs to happen is, the morons in congress and senate need to be all cleared out and start all over again. That's never going to happen.

In just about every great society, the fall of them is preceded by their govt overstepping and mis-judging the capabilities of their citizens. And when the citizens lose total faith in their leaders, the downfall of the society is inevitable.

Civil unrest or civil war are often the end result. It really wouldn't surprise me for us to see it happen in our lifetime.

Strictly talking political strategy, the Leftists lost big last time with Hitlery, and the next best they had was Socialist Bernie. My guess is, they know it's a lost cause this time around, so they've already accepted another 4 years with Trump. This isn't necessarily a loss, though. With the Zionist media talk shows and late night "comedy" tactics, they can further their goals by continuing to offer Trump sound bytes and continue their leftist agenda. The nation has already been heavily divided and both sides are becoming increasingly radicalized, which furthers their goal to creating societal upheaval, which inevitably leads to violence and the "need" for more governmental policing and militarized presence as well as gun control.

Never let a disaster go to waste. As long as we continue to take part in a two party system with candidates chosen for us, we're never going to get out of this dark and dismal forest of gloom. The Bernie camp will probably receive a boost from yet another scandal of some kind out of the Trump Administration, either contrived out of thin air again or based on a fraction of truth and twisted to seem like it's something more than it is. The Leftists may only receive about 35% of the popular vote and that's fine because we're coming off the prior election with "Russian influence", so they can afford to create their own problems along the way and point fingers, which will further the divide and their primary agenda. As for the Electoral College, that's mostly about who can bribe the best, and considering the fact that Trump is most likely going to be the victor anyway, it will be a tough sell for the Communist Camp. Still, it will probably be yet another "down to the wire" fully televised and dramatized event, complete with scandals and accusations all meant to remind us how our system is utterly broken and in need to something "new" and "better".

And let's not forget how the smart phone voting app garbage is going to become yet another scandalous issue this election. At this pace, we will be having fully automated corporate sponsored elections with the United Nations holding press conferences within another POTUS or two.

So, gun to my head, I can't do what I probably will do and vote for some 3rd party candidate, I'm going with Trump.

What I like about Bernie: He's honest. He must be to declare himself a Democratic Socialist. He truly believes that his ideas will work, and that they will benefit the country.

What I don't like about Bernie: He's nuts, and wrong.

What I like about Trump: He's not Hillary, and he's not Bernie. And, importantly, he has actually done the things he said he would do. Whether I liked them or not is sometimes different, but those were his ideas, not mine, and he held to his word. Gotta respect that.
