I like to make waffles from scratch. Easy recipe, I usually only make half a batch for 3 people which is the numbers in brackets.
2 large eggs (1)
2 cups flour (1)
1- 3/4 cups milk (200 ml)
half cup vegetable oil (1/4)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (1/2)
4 teaspoon baking powder (2)
1 quarter teaspoon salt (1/8)
I usually beat the egg first and add in the milk and vanilla (not mentioned) and then add the flour and dry ingredients. I'm using up some old hazelnut flour so I use 1/3 of that and 2/3s of a brown or white flour. Throw in chocolate chips if you like.

I also like to make crock-pot oatmeal. I use steel cut oats, but you can use slow cooking oats as well.
1 cup of oats to 3 cups of water and add either raisins or sliced apples and cook it on low for 8 hours for a delicious breakfast the next morning.
You want to use a small crock pot for oatmeal.
My local store is still out of yeast (and TP) but luckily had a few cans of baking powder.
Good thing I ordered yeast from Amazon.
Today I cooked up some hot dogs on a pan instead of in boiling water. I think I like the pan method better, they were moving around on their own, kinda trippy.
Beer can chicken. One hour fifteen minutes. No brainer.
Do you put onions or anything else besides beer in the can? What kind of beer to you use, @Guitarded?
Rosemary, garlic, spring onion, S&P, whatever beer is available. I have even put white wine in the can.
It’s cooking not rocket surgery. 😂
