I've heard this icon called the hamburger. What do you call it?

It comes up in tech support conversations, pretty boring stuff generally.
I'd call it "menu navicon" because ampersandpoundsignninesevensevensixsemicolon is too hard to pronounce.
The three line option thingy?
Tech Support / IT folk also have short or funny names for punctuation.
! = ball bat or bang "#" = pound or hash (common) ~ = tweedle IIRC
