Well this is going to be absurd. 21 people by my count. Here's my rough draft order for it, let me know if it doesn't work for one of you. It'll hit the southwest first, make a stop in South Dakota, then go south and work it's way north before returning to the midwest.

Theoretically you could break this up onto too passes : east coast vs west coast , that way it would move faster and it wouldn’t be a 200 lb gorilla
This is true, but that would mess up the reason a lot of people get in a pass in the first place. "I see a few sticks in there that I want to try, and I'll give away some good stuff to get them." Being on the end of a pass can be pretty fun, and I have a pretty big sized box set for it so it should be fine. If you want, I can move you up in the order so you don't have to deal with it when it's at it's largest. You could fit in before Bob pretty easily.
Consider using a Regional B box. They're bigger than a medium flat-rate box and because the price USPS charges is based on distance the way you have it plotted out the cost of shipping should be less than a Medium FRB.

Are those one time use, or can they be reused repeatedly as it comes to each passer? I was just planning on shipping it first class in a box I have that should be big enough, since cigars are quite light weight.

Something went wrong at USPS. Who did you ship to?
Yeah I shipped them to @NorCalR1 's old address, so I placed a hold on it so he could pick it up at the post office, but it's stuck at the regional place as far as we know. He's visited a few times trying to get it. In other words, we're off to a great start!

The box can be used as long as it holds together, like any box.
Planning on driving it myself.

It'll be fine once the swelling goes down.
To everybody? It will be good to see you John.
Certainly would! Would if I could.

I like the idea of a mobile cigar valet on this pass. I can chip in a few bucks for gas money.
You can throw me in wherever, I just realized the mass of the box can be intimidating ( the last box for the not ROTT pass was 7 + lbs)
South Carolina is a hop skip and a jump away
Us MA guys are planning to meet up when it gets up this way. Then we'll figure out how to get it to back to the midwest.
