I'm having a problem keeping my humidor at 70. I have a Cigar Oasis 3.0 Humidifier which at the time I'm using distilled water. Is it better to use distilled water or should I be using Humi-Care Cigar Juice?
This is way to well worded and reasonable of a questions for DZR.
a. Don't aim for 70 unless you plan to regular store cigars in your glovebox for a week before smoking. 63 - 67 is plenty.
b. Don't bother with the Oasis unless you are running a tower with multiple levels. Even then it is debatable.
c. Bovedas take all of your cares and worries away. toss 'em in and forget about 'em.
d. If you ignore all of this and plan to stick with what you are currently doing, stay with distilled water.
