Starting cleaning process. Removed teeth marks and added a bend.
I’m thinking I might smooth the top of the bowl. Your thoughts?

Edit: now to buff it. Might be a while till I find a bench grinder.

I like the matte/oil finish. The extreme bend of the stem though makes me nervous--hot ashes falling in your lap....

When you’re right you’re right..... might have to take a little out.
Just purchased micro mesh and a reamer. Off to the store for leather dye.
From old to new(ish). Picture doesn’t do it justice.
