I have a cigar Oasis. It came with a humidor that I bought used on craigslist. It works. I don't need to monitor anything on my phone. When the humidity drops, it turns on. When it goes up, the contraption turns off. Why do you need to monitor it on your cell phone?

If it has an app probably delete the app and re-download
And then download the Boveda App and install as many Boveda packs as needed

Both potential reasons for you not connecting with the app, but it wouldn't be a problem if you followed the advice from either Vinson or Frank
