I started Seinfeld again recently and I remembered Kramer being a cigar smoker but Jerry, Elaine and Newman all partake as well. Here's Kramer and Newman enjoying what looks to be Avos. As far as good vs. evil, I think we can all agree these are all terrible people.

I'm not sure that they're doing it right.
I am re-watching the West Wing and everyone smokes cigars when playing poker or winding down at the end of the night
