    False. If it is not half bad, then it is less than half bad. Let's just assume for the sake of argument, that means 49 percent bad. In that case, it's 51 percent good.

    Therefore, it's more than half good!

    80% bad isn't half bad, it's 80% bad. Seems like saying something's not half bad means it could be anything but 50% bad.
