@VegasFrank was playing with me! Said 31 was my powerball number! I went to buy my winning ticket, but the actual power ball numbers only go to 26! So I didn’t win! Again! But for 3$ at a chance for 500 million, I’ll keep trying!
Sorry charles, they don't have Powerball in this state. There's a little political lobby called the casinos here that frown upon any gambling not done in a casino. You should have taken the inverse. 13? Lucky number from what I hear....
