Where's my chili heads at?

I like heat but flavor always comes first for me.

What sort's of sauces do you guys enjoy?

Anyone make their own? I made 8 different varieties this last summer. My favorite sauces have the element of smoke in them.

I love Sriracha although the only one I've tried is the rooster sauce.

Not a hot sauce fan, but I do like a good BBQ sauce.

@CalvinAndHobo makes some great hot sauce. Not sure what type of peppers he uses.

If you want to bomb me send it to Tony @0patience :D
If you are a newbie I got Dem nachos....

I prefer a good dry rub to a BBQ sauce, I think it lets the meat do the talking and cuts down on sugar. You can always add sauce when you serve it. I've had some good sugar free sauces but I still like to use a dry rub on my BBQ.

    (not my pictures)

Most of the time I use just boring Tabasco or Chipotle Tabasco hot sauce, I've had some of @CalvinAndHobo's sauce before he retired from that side hustle and really enjoyed it.

I am medically retired due to excessive crying caused by both hot peppers, and being a wimp. I used borderline rotten serrano peppers. This is probably the closest imitation of what I made, it's like 90% as good and doesn't ruin my eyes and my house for 2 days:

That’s pretty good stuff. There are two varieties of it and both are really good.

This is one of the best flavored hot sauces I’ve ever had.

Tapatio us my everyday hot sauce. Pickapeppa Spicy Mango is also good, when I want something a bit sweeter.

Recently, I've been making my own salsa with a twist, golden berries.
