So to clarify the rule is just a taper right

@d_blades willing to play? I have the 5 cigars that I would love to put up for you. All you have to do is smoke and rank. To celebrate your 1 year with the forum I would love to do this. I have two different sizes and you get to choose which..... But one catch. You don't even know what I'm sending out on your behalf. Whatcha say?

At least Robbie is not participating in the contest so it should go rather quick. It will take him 6 years to smoke all of the un-banded cigars he gets (approximately 1 every 6 months is his average)
