New World Cameroon short robusto is one I go to. Oliva G or O robusto is another.
Don't let the wife know what you spend on guns, ammo or cigars.
That's a good one. Illusione Rothschildes are good, I like the Tatuaje Rorschach and the MOW Little Devil are good stronger short smokes.
There's at least five other threads with recommendations that you can read up on.

Everything that everyone mentioned was good.
I'll add surrogates cracker crumbs and the padron and Davidoff blends that come in the tins. The padrons are long fillers as @CommanderDuke1_ always reminds me. Not sure about the davidoff.
AJ Fernandez last call makes a three and a half by 50 format in at least three different wrappers that I know of.

I have one suggestions, the one that Pete is proud of me for smoking (he gave me an "Atta boy!" when I first smoked one).

It's not about finding the perfect size as much as finding the perfect price. You're always going to toss a certain amount of any cigar, so why does it matter how much you toss? As I always say when this subject comes up, if you're constrained by time, it's about price, not size. Tossing two thirds of a robusto is not a concern for me if I'm willing to drop $X.00 on a 30 minute session.
Buy lanceros and cut them in half.
Trapped in the People's Communist Republic of Massachusetts.
Two come to mind, Fuente's Don Carlos belicoso, and Don Lino Africa.

You can smoke almost any cigar in under an hour.
Less than under an hour might be harder.

@Bob_Luken while i agree with that statement and it has crossed my mind, this was more of the idea that some cigars may be tailored more towards short sessions by design.
Good point. I think they do try. The demand is there, but the results (taste) are hit or miss based on the physics of combustion. Not that I would know the specifics of all that science, but that's my opinion anyway. If the blenders were consistently successful at creating their best cigars in tiny vitolas, we'd all know about it, and they would raise the prices on the little wondersticks. As it is, they charge less for less tobacco.
I remember the Room 101 Daruma - Papi Chulo - 4 x 42 being really good. There are small vitolas out there worth exploring.
