Thanks, I have a lot of hot chocolate mix, I may try making this, even though I shouldn't eat it. I'll give it to my son.

I'll gladly bomb you Tuesday for an Opus today.

I like to take powdered peanut butter and mix it with heavy cream. Add in a scoop of chocolate protein or colegen powder and enjoy. It takes a very cheese-cake like consistency. Sometimes I add some Lily's chocolate chips if I'm feeling froggy.

A great Keto snack, Desserts, or can be used as bread. Combine eggs and cheese as a basic foundation, a little cinnamon, sweetener Lilly's chocolate or fresh berries. I use a mini waffle maker to cook mine.

Mine is a touch too done around the edges.

Every once in a while I make oatmeal with steel cut oats in a crock pot with sliced apples and cinnamon, start it at bedtime and it's delicious in the morning.

That does sound yummy, I will try that sometime. Do you add any water?

    3 Cups water
    1 Cup steel cut oats
    1 sliced apple
    Cinnamon

You may want to spray the crock pot with cooking spray to avoid the crust from sticking too bad. The cooked apples really add a lot of sweetness.

I can eat those but after I feel bad about eating a sweet that could have been better. So then I feel like it was a waste of a cheat.

Not much better than a hot, soft oatmeal raisin.
